this summer, salon records launches its summer series:
rework, the german duo, heats up the warmest hours of summer with two songs taken from their catalog.
“boring” is a laid-back and slow-burning deep house tune, sophisticated through its piano arrangements, lazy drums and signature indie female vocals filled with detached melancholy. a subtle yet effective track made to keep dance floors wet.
with “you give it up”, the mood drifts into an indian summer vibe — a floating and hypnotic journey that carries you for several minutes through psychedelic grooves and imaginary beaches somewhere in goa.

three collectible 7-inch singles bringing together bruno pronsato, matthew dear and rework. while each artist comes from a distinct corner of electronic music, they share a unique ability to blur the boundaries between songwriting, dance music and pop experimentation.
blending pop, minimal and house influences, the series unfolds as a collection of musical short stories shaped by warm textures, timeless melodies and intimate atmospheres. suspended moments, distant memories and fleeting emotions intertwine with rhythms designed for both dancing and escapism.
