Liquid Constancy

In the two years since Parallel Minds’ Juno-Award-winning 5th release, we reassessed our moves during a dance music paradigm shift. Few embody Toronto’s scene more than Phèdre, progressing from indie pop to live hardware act. Liquid Constancy is a breakbeat record with housier tracks, bassy bangers, and footwork/jungle influences, developed from live hardware sets using Korg Electribe and Moog. Influenced by sci-fi, cultural backgrounds, and diverse musical experiences, Phèdre creates music that celebrates diversity and cultural hybridity.
