For the latest release on his consistently impressive Mate Records imprint, Madrid stalwart Rafa Santos has turned to Parisian twosome Groove Boys Project. Their take on house tends towards the nostalgic and musically expansive, with tracks that join the dots between Kerri Chandler style garage-house, dreamier European deep house, new age house, Italo-house, and US deep house. This EP features a vibraphone-solo laden track and one adding delicious jazz guitar solos to deep house grooves.
