Corrélation

“Correlation”” is a piece that explores the invisible links between the elements of the universe, the subtle and complex connections that shape the reality we perceive. Inspired by the mysteries of the cosmos and fragments of unexplored worlds, I wanted to create a composition that reflected the interplay between opposing forces: the calm and the storm, the static and the dynamic, the known and the unknown. The idea behind ‘Correlation’ came from thinking about how everything is interconnected, like lines of energy running through space and time. I sought to translate these abstract concepts into an immersive musical experience, where each sound and motif responds to and intertwines with one another, creating a complex and haunting soundtrack.

The piece is built around a hypnotic rhythm that acts like a pulse, a cosmic heartbeat, around which revolve repetitive, haunting atmospheres. My intention was to transport the listener into a dimension where sensations mingle, where the boundary between the material and the immaterial disappears to make way for a purely sensory experience. “”Correlation”” is both soaring and energetic, designed to maintain a constant tension between moments of anxious meditative tranquillity and more intense passages. It’s an invitation to plunge into the unknown, to feel the echoes of the forces that govern the universe and to surrender to the dance of the energies that surround us.”
