's recording label, established in 2022. The label was created by Crossan after his contract with Polydor (through his imprint ) concluded. According to Crossan the label is named after a David Lynch quote.

A purpose-built studio for The Pond and sister label (owned by ), was approved for construction in 2023. The studio, based in Peckham, London, also hosts creative space for community projects and hosts a free residency for a local artist every month. It was designed by Knox Bhavan Architects.
