Limbo Records began in the summer of 1992 launched from legendary Glasgow record store 23rd Precinct. The label was credited as being the creator of progressive house and the first 3 releases from Havana and Gypsy (4) sold over 20,000 units each. The label boss is Billy Kiltie.
