He co-founded the seminal label [l=Prescription] Records in 1993 with [a=Ron Trent]. Prior to that, he was the A&R man and studio manager at [l=KMS] Records (1989\u20131992), working closely with [a=Kevin Saunderson]. In the mid-1990s, he also held an A&R position at the French electronic music label [l=Distance].
