  7. Age Restrictions<\/strong> \u2013 You must be at least 16\u202fyears old to register an account. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18\u202fyears old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for your actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    II. SALE OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    A. Order Process & Contract Formation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. By placing an order you warrant that:
      \u2022 you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
      \u2022 all information supplied is correct and complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. After checkout you will receive an order\u2011confirmation e\u2011mail. A contract is formed only when the products are dispatched; we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order prior to dispatch for any reason (including stock unavailability, payment issues or suspected fraud).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      B. Dispatch & Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Cancellation Window<\/strong> \u2013 Orders may be cancelled only until the moment they are handed over to our carrier<\/strong>. Once a tracking number has been generated or the parcel collected, the order is deemed dispatched and cannot be cancelled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Post\u2011Dispatch Options<\/strong> \u2013 If you no longer wish to receive the goods after dispatch you may:
        \u2022 refuse delivery, or
        \u2022 accept delivery and exercise your right of withdrawal (Section\u202fE) by returning the goods within 14\u202fdays.
        In both cases you are responsible for all transport costs (outbound and return) and any import duties already incurred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. How to Request Cancellation Before Dispatch<\/strong> \u2013 Contact shop@yoyaku.fr<\/a> or call +33\u202f(0)1\u202f80\u202f06\u202f64\u202f01 (Mon\u2013Fri\u202f11:00\u201318:00\u202fCET) quoting your order number. Written confirmation of cancellation will be provided if accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        C. Shipping Options<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Available delivery services, costs, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Orders placed after 17:00\u202fCET are processed the next business day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Pricing errors:<\/strong> In rare cases a pricing or free\u2011shipping display may occur because of a technical fault. Such displays are non\u2011binding until the order is verified prior to dispatch. If the correct shipping cost differs, the customer will be offered the choice to pay the correct cost or to cancel for a full refund.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          D. Customs, Duties & Import Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Products shipped outside the European\u202fUnion may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees (\u201cImport Fees\u201d) levied by the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and responsible for all Import Fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Failure to Clear Customs<\/strong> \u2013 If a shipment is returned to Yoyaku because the customer failed to clear customs or refused to pay Import Fees, the customer will be charged for all return\u2011shipping costs and any duties or taxes assessed. Refunds will be processed minus these costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Customs policies vary; contact your local customs office for details. Customs procedures may add delays beyond our delivery estimates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Yoyaku will not refund or compensate orders held or confiscated by customs due to non\u2011payment of Import Fees.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            E. Transit Delays<\/strong> Delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, strikes, force majeure or any circumstance beyond Yoyaku\u2019s reasonable control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation<\/strong>. We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier; refunds are issued only when the parcel is returned or formally declared lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            F. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong> \u2013 Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you may withdraw from the purchase within 14\u202fdays of physical receipt of the goods. You must first obtain a Return\u202fAuthorisation (RMA) by contacting shop@yoyaku.fr<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase, within 14\u202fdays of the RMA being issued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Costs & Refunds<\/strong> \u2013 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds exclude the original outbound shipping charge and will be reduced by any return freight, customs or handling fees not already paid by the customer. Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14\u202fdays of our receipt and inspection of the returned goods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              G. Damaged or Defective Goods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Notify us within 7\u202fcalendar days of delivery, providing:
                \u2022 clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and damaged product;
                \u2022 a detailed description of the issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Transport\u2011related damage claims require sufficient evidence and are subject to the carrier\u2019s investigation and policies. Compensation applies only to damage affecting outer sleeves or packaging. Surface marks or pressing defects on vinyl records are manufacturing issues and are not covered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Opening a dispute via a third\u2011party platform (e.g. PayPal) before completing this process may delay or invalidate the claim.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                H. In-Store Pickup \/ Local Collection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. Collection Period<\/strong> \u2013 Orders placed with the in-store pickup option must be collected at our Paris location within six (6) months<\/strong> of the order-ready notification. Yoyaku has no obligation to retain goods beyond this period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Customer Responsibility<\/strong> \u2013 It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the order within a reasonable time and no later than the six-month deadline above. Yoyaku is not required to send repeat reminders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                3. No Compensation After Expiry<\/strong> \u2013 Once the six-month period has elapsed, the originally purchased items may no longer be available. No refund, store credit, replacement, reshipment or other compensation<\/strong> is due in the event of non-collection within this timeframe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                4. Stock Disposition<\/strong> \u2013 Uncollected items may be returned to general stock and resold after the six-month period without further notice to the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  I. Vorbestellungen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Estimated Release Dates<\/strong> \u2013 Release dates shown for pre-order items are estimates provided by our vinyl pressing plants and manufacturers. Yoyaku commits to communicating the most accurate timelines available at the time of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. These dates are subject to change for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including:
                    \u2022 production delays at pressing plants;
                    \u2022 quality issues requiring a re-pressing;
                    \u2022 international logistics delays;
                    \u2022 technical manufacturing constraints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  3. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that the communicated dates are estimates and that Yoyaku cannot be held responsible for manufacturing or pressing delays. Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                    \n\n\n\n

                    III. PRIVACY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                    Your privacy is important to us. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy\u202fPolicy, available on the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    IV. FORCE MAJEURE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                    We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs actions, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters or governmental orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    V. SEVERABILITY, ENTIRE AGREEMENT & WAIVER<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                    If any provision of these Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Conditions and the Privacy\u202fPolicy constitute the entire agreement between you and Yoyaku, superseding all prior understandings. No waiver of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    VI. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                    These Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory protective provisions that may apply in your country of residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
