Dutch born and Brussels' raised, Thoma (or Tom) Bulwer came to London in 1999 as a UK garage DJ. He currently works as a mastering engineer operating his own studio in Hackney Wick, London and runs labels Parasol Culture and (co-run with Dexter Kane).
