Continuing the archival exploration of Studio 514’s late ’90s output, this second release draws from different recording sessions from the same period, offering a parallel snapshot of Montréal’s underground house movement at its peak.

Studio 514 is back and joined by co-conspirator Vittorio Lagioia, taking the Studio 514 sound further while keeping that signature groove and analog warmth. The tracks dig deeper into driving disco house, balancing warm textures with stripped-back, floor-ready arrangements shaped by the energy of the era’s dancefloors.

Sourced directly from original DAT tapes, the recordings remain true to their original form, featuring the original mixes by Don Diamond, preserving the rawness, swing, and intent of the moment they were created.
