Pye Corner Audio presents his debut for the label with 2 EPs of Acid touched live jams. Martin Jenkins detours from his mysterious foggy soundtrack inspirations, adding deep, dark 303 fuelled experiments aimed at dark dancefloors. These EPs update Jenkins’ moody, retro-futuristic sound with a love of Acid House. Sparse sounds and spatial dub are present, using crucial equipment like the Roland RE-501, TR-06, TR-08, and Cyclone TT-303. Mostly recorded live to reel-to-reel, the murky acidtronics join Pye Corner’s signature audio visual meets vintage touch.
