Echospace [Detroit], a label by Rod Modell (DeepChord) and Soultek’s Steven Hitchell, brings an enigmatic release with Deepchord’s Vantage Isle [Remastered]. Originally a rare vinyl part of the underground scene, this remastered version showcases 13 takes of the title track. With contributions from Convextion (Gerard Hanson) and various aliases of Modell and Hitchell, it embodies analog synths, deep bass, and throbbing beats. A classic of the minimal dub techno genre, it offers diverse interpretations of the Deepchord template.
